We are looking for a General Manager who will introduce and grow Zeelo into the Market in Ireland. Our GM will have exceptional B2B sales skills, team and partner management skills and a passion for the new mobility industry and for people.

You’ll take responsibility for:

  • B2B Sales and account management strategy and execution. You will take Zeelo into businesses and organizations in Greater Dublin and the all of Ireland
  • Representing the Zeelo brand at conferences/network events
  • Recruiting and leading a team of sales, operations and customer service professionals
  • Building and maintain relationships with local coach operators (our trusted partners); training and on-boarding new partners
  • Ownership of Regional P&L
  • Working with UK HQ departments of product, marketing and customer service, voicing the Ireland market's local preferences and needs

You'll be mainly measured on (OKRs):

  1. Sales targets
  2. Financials (P&L)
  3. Team building
  4. Partner management

You should have:

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in Ireland
  • Experience managing a small team (3-5 people)
  • Experience negotiating with clients and suppliers
  • A proactive nature - an ability to take initiative and 'get things done'
  • Commercial acumen

It would be great if you have:

  • Experience as country GM
  • Experience hiring the right people
  • Previously sold to HR and/or facility functions within B2B sales
  • Experience in the transportation/mobility industry
  • Experience pricing products and services
  • Experience in B2B2C sales, where the initial sale is only 50% of the challenge and account growth is key
  • Have managed and developed commercial proposals that can scale
  • Worked in a start-up or worked on your own projects/businesses
  • Familiarity with business financials (you know what P&L is)
