• Cooperate with the marketing team and Facebook on local marketing initiatives
• Develop relationships to enable rapid growth of ROI Hunter in DACH
• Orchestrate client trials to ensure they fall in love with ROI Hunter and advertising on Facebook
• Be the customer voice when working cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to design new product features
• Build relationships with and support Facebook sales teams with their initiatives
• Develop ROI Hunter office in Berlin

• German (Native), English (Fluent), Czech (Advantageous)
• Understanding of PPC (Facebook, Google) advertising principles
• Excellent communication skills (Networking, Presentation, Sales, Negotiation)
• Orientation in German business ecosystem
• Self-driven, can-do attitude

• Have 3+ years experience in B2B sales (or business development) environment
• Have 3+ years experience in online marketing
• Have previously worked at Facebook or one of its FMPs
• Have existing contacts to CMO, Head of Marketing

• Work closely with Facebook Sales team and their top clients in the region

We are putting together new Biz Dev team based in Berlin to further our mission of helping businesses boost their sales through Facebook performance ads. We need creative thinkers and builders with previous sales and business development experience. You’ll be on the frontlines of Facebook introducing ROI Hunter to e-commerce businesses and digital media agencies, through both sales and marketing efforts.The right candidate will have a passion for Facebook, social media and digital advertising, and will help us develop a strategy for how we market to businesses across every industry in Europe.
