Graduate Sales Executive (Spanish market)

Our start-up Factorial is looking for a graduate who wants to develop a career within Sales as one of the first members of our International team. You will be the first contact with HR Directors throughout Spain, providing them with information about Factorial and our services and paving the way for a long lasting relationship.

You will be working in a team of four sales professionals and you will become a core member for the companys growth.

Since we’re talking about a recently founded startup, this role implies wearing many hats and a lot of creativity: from finding new ways of detecting possible leads, to using different channels to inform our contacts to collaborating with the product and design team, being proactive and suggesting (and implementing) new ideas and improvements to our rapidly-changing solution.

Factorial is a start-up founded in 2016 to change the way small and medium businesses manage and compensate their employees. We offer a free software platform that lets all SMBs manage their company like only large enterprises could do until now. Factorial makes it very easy to add employee benefits, such as health insurance, meal vouchers and gym memberships, as well as create payslips for employees. In the end our goal is to revolutionize the way companies create human teams.

You will be a great fit for this position if you:

  • Speak native or bilingual Spanish and are a good communicator on the phone
  • Are passionate about Sales and know that selling is all about listening and creating long lasting relationships
  • Have a professional proficiency level of English and are open and excited to learn new things
  • Are proactive, energetic and eager to suggest and implement new ideas - not afraid to take ownerships for your projects
  • Are keen on developing your career within Sales and Customer Success
  • Feel comfortable in a technological environment, juggling Excel, Salesforce & Slack at the same time

What you will do:

You will be in charge of finding new ways of detecting future clients, getting in touch with the right person in the organization and understanding their needs to find a possible fit with one of our services at Factorial. As Factorial is not yet a huge brand name, you’ll have to get creative. Your resources are up to you: Linkedin, Emailings or a simple, old-fashioned phone call. With the objective of generating high quality contacts, informed and interested to learn more about making their HR work more efficient and signing new contracts to pave the way for a long lasting relationship, it’s up to you to find the best way to do it.
