We’re looking for a Growth Manager in Barcelona that will be responsible for the implementation and execution of creative strategies to reinforce Ironhack’s leading role as Barcelona premiere coding Bootcamp. He/She will manage all outward facing communication and the lead generation strategy for our Barcelona Campus.

The Growth Manager will work closely with the Campus Manager to:

+ Plan, design and execute lead generating events, partnerships and marketing campaigns.
+ Own local social media channels.
+ Design and implement growth hacking strategies to build our prospective student base and increase our visibility in the city.
+ Define and close partnerships with influencers, educational institutions, companies and local institutions.
+ Organize community events to promote Ironhack’s brand and being on the lookout for partnerships and networking options.
