The Operations team makes sure that the customer’s time in the property goes smoothly. We take care of the housekeeping, of all the maintenance issues, we make sure every guests is welcomed by a Lavanda host, and we have a 24/7 customer service team that is great at resolving any kind of problem!
We are looking for a Handyman & Warehouse Assistant to join our Maintenance team, and be part of the Operations department.
Each day, you’ll be a key-player in resolving issues that happen in our properties. You might be asked to change a lightbulb, deliver an urgent item or support our warehouse manager.
You will be considered as a Lavanda Ambassador. In many situations you will have to face our direct customers, hence this position requires outstanding communication and customer service skills. We are looking for somebody who has a high-degree of autonomy and is not afraid of a fast-paced environment.

Please note this role is required to work weekends. You can choose to work Friday to Tuesday or Thursday to Monday. We can be flexible and will pay hourly if you would prefer to work a 4 day week.
Salary: £ 19’000 per year (£1583 per month) with overtime hours paid £10/ hour
Fully paid transportation in zone 1 and 2, while on call
