Reporting directly to the Head of Sales Operations, you will be part of the leadership team driving the business in the U.K.
You will be in charge of defining and delivering a UK dealer acquisition strategy that increases our dealer penetration to more than 70% of the total franchised dealer network.
Managing a team of regionally based Business Development Managers you’ll ensure the team are informed of whats going on in the central London hub and have the opportunity to feed into future carwow product and feature developments.
Your success will be measured by the increase in carwow’s penetration of the UK dealer network and the performance of newly signed dealerships within their first three months.
You will be responsible for developing carwow’s core sales pitch and defining how we take new products and features to market with new and existing dealerships.
You will be responsible for managing and coaching the sales team in every aspect of their sales pitch from prospect call to successful sale.
