The Medici Living Group is pleased to announce an opening for a new role, Head of Global Expansion. With a focus on technology and innovative living, our Group provides a unique, fully-furnished membership based co-living experience created for global citizens with local spirit located in the heart of cities across the world. We develop innovative and tech-enabled rental housing and are the largest co-living provider in Europe with over 1,400 units under management. Within this role, you will be responsible for managing our global expansion teams, driving our growth, and building relationships with significant real estate investors/developers.

Your tasks:

• Manage a multinational expansion team situated in Europe and North America
• Generate and assess leads across the globe with new and existing partners
• Drive multi-million €/$ negotiations with international partners and landlords
• Motivate and coach the expansion team
• Develop and implement scalable and efficient strategies to ensure both consistent results and exponential growth

Your profile:

• Several years of experience in real estate, real estate development or similar fields
• A large, varied network of investors and developers to hit the ground running
• Experience underwriting and negotiating large, multimillion dollar transactions
• A detailed understanding of both national and international financing (debt & equity placement)
• Native English or near native level. Any further language is a plus
