Head of Marketing

Our mission is to find the perfect home for every company and we’ve built an online platform to help businesses rent, manage and share office space in London. We require a CMO, Marketing Director or international marketing leader to drive our growth and deliver our offering to the international stage.

Role:

Reporting to the CEO, you will have overall responsibility for managing our in-house marketing team and external agencies. You will play an intricate role in taking Hubble’s product internationally in 2019. You will be confident in creating a holistic growth strategy based on a multi-channel approach and be able to design and execute marketing strategies that appeal to SMEs.You will need the knowledge to be able to optimise and grow our digital activity, and the confidence to take responsibility for driving strategy, innovation and improvement. As a highly ambitious and driven Head of Marketing, you will lean on your expertise in growth and data driven marketing solutions.

About you:

  • Proven commercial experience in strategic marketing role, confident in taking a multi-channel approach.
  • In-depth understanding of digital channels including SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing and Content Marketing
  • Proven track record in B2B marketing to SMEs/SMBs
  • London experience highly desired, international experience would also be an advantage
  • Previous experience at a high growth technology startup and being comfortable, with being uncomfortable
  • Experience in managing in-house teams and external agencies
  • Experience in developing successful retention and loyalty programmes
  • Highly numerate metrics/data driven marketer, with a demonstrable track record of scalable and repeatable growth
  • Understands interplay between marketing, product and sales
  • Strong understanding and ownership of the whole customer journey
  • Has the ability to zoom in and get stuck into the details, as well as zoom-out and make key strategic decisions
