Are you passionate about finding the best product solution? Can you convey your product vision? Can you also motivate a team to its full potential? Do you commit to building the best solution possible? Our Head of Product will champion the execution of our short term financing solution, bringing success to underserved small businesses.

Your Tasks

• Manage the user experience team and prioritize their deliverables
• Champion functionality, usability, performance and quality of the product
• Craft and maintain the product roadmap and achievements
• Set and measure product success goals
• Optimizing the product to reach business goals
• Embed yourself in the day to day deliverables of the development team
• Rally the growing team towards customer needs and answer all product questions
• Lead the product backlogs and prioritizing them accordingly
• Represent the product team in communication with business, sales, and marketing

• Several years of experience of working at the intersection of business, design, and development
• Early stage startup or product experience
• Furthermore, you have experience with the definition of web applications like user stories, mockups and test cases
• Passionate about FinTech and service oriented products
• Passionate about solving customer problems
• Shown history of shipping and leading web products with cross-functional teams
• Hands on, organized, and always looking for pragmatic solutions
• Good at keeping the bigger picture in mind
• Very high cross functional communication skills
• Fluent in English, German speaking and writing skills are a plus
