We are looking for a SaaS Sales leader that can structure and manage our sales teams for success. We are in a period of transition following the acquisition and development of new product lines. We require an analytical sales leader that has the ability to attract the best quality sales talent and team with them to achieve their highest output. Youre a proven sales leader with experience building and leading tech industry sales teams. You’ve built teams before and can demonstrate that your hires were able to consistently achieve their goals.

TrekkSoft is a leading online booking software provider that is transforming the tour and activity market with cutting-edge booking, payment and channel management solutions. Behind TrekkSoft is a diverse team of individuals with over 25 different nationalities, each of whom is dedicated to their customer base and continually enhancing the solution.

Our headquarters are located in Interlaken, the adventure capital of Europe. We also have offices in Barcelona, Milan, Minsk, Munich, Zurich, Exeter and Innsbruck. The role will be based in our new Barcelona office and you will be expected to lead the team from there.

  • Prior experience building and leading successful SaaS sales teams
  • In-depth understanding of the sales administration process
  • Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Excel
  • Experience selling via webinar and training/coaching reps on webinar sales
  • General experience using business web applications/tools (, DiscoverOrg, LinkedIn, Hubspot, Zoom, etc)
    Understanding of key SaaS metrics such as MRR, ARR and Churn
  • Some travel industry experience is desirable, although not a requirement
  • Knowledge of POD systems is also desirable
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
  • Self-starter, high energy, inquisitive and excited to work in a startup environment
  • At least 5 years sales management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role


  • Managing and recruiting top sales talent
  • Objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives & SDRs
  • Guide team on best practices for activity, pipelines, forecasts, and closing deals to meet goals
  • Participate in hiring and interviewing process, as well as training and ramp-up of new team members
  • Monitor CRM and telephone reporting system to validate ongoing performance
  • Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
  • Ensure sales, finance and legal policies and procedures are met
  • Build an open-communication environment for your team
  • Continually assess both sales performance and talent progression to ensure continued success
