We are looking for an experienced Health & Social Care Trainer to join our fast-paced team in London. The successful candidate will have the ability to plan and deliver effective regulatory and mandatory training to all of our care staff and will be able to deploy a range of motivational teaching methods to meet the needs of a broad range of learning styles.
Applicants should be outstanding communicators, able to partner with both managers and trainees in order to promote awareness of planned training opportunities across our service. Candidates will have a proven track record of working collaboratively within a team and will be able to identify and advise on training needs arising from competence gaps and audits/inspections.

The successful candidate will be experienced in delivering all aspects of mandatory training including:
- Moving and Handling
- Safeguarding
- Equality and Diversity
- MCA/DOLs
- H&S, COSHH, Infection Control, Fire Safety, Food Hygiene
- Dementia
- End Of Life
- First Aid
- Induction training (Care Certificate standards)
- Nutrition & Hydration
- Level 3 Health and Social Care Qualification or above
- GCSEs English and Maths (C or above or key skills equivalent)
- Assessing Qualification (desirable)
- Teaching Qualification PTTLS or AET Level 3 or higher teaching qualification
- Extensive and relevant vocational experience in Health and Social Care setting
- Expertise in Dementia, Learning Disabilities and Adult Health and Social Care Settings
- Experience of working in high demand environments, to targets and tight deadlines
- Strong communication and self-motivation skills
- Experience of working autonomously
- Experience of E-learning platforms (desirable)
