You will design and execute strategies to engage the world’s best through a variety of channels (social and professional networks, start-up and entrepreneurial communities, research, networking, events, etc.) and any other creative methods you can conceive
Collaborate with the Founders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs
Build efficient and scalable recruiting and onboarding processes
Manage the full cycle recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience, including posting job offerings, screening and pre-selection of candidates, coordinating the interviews, and preparing offers and employment agreements
Onboard new team members and make them part of the MODIFI family
Build our Talent & Culture Team and help with administrative HR aspects of our people

At least 1 year of technical and/or business recruiting/sourcing or general HR experience in a start-up, corporate or agency environment
Experience in building recruiting processes and onboarding is a major benefit
Proven ability to work with and influence cross-functional teams and departments
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced and ever-changing dynamic environment
The desire to learn and improve as a strategic business partner in talent acquisition
A positive, team-oriented approach to your work
Superior communication skills
A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
You are fluent in English, German is a plus
