We are going through a period of growth, appointing new Senior Management team and developing a brand new and exciting value proposition. London is our EMEA HQ and is a centre for both our hotel facing and consumer facing business.

We are looking for an HR Assistant to join the team on permanent.

More specifically, as an HR Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Being the first point of contact for employee queries such as; on boarding, probation, exit interviews, maternity/paternity, flexible working, absence management etc.
  • Supporting the HR Business Partners with all type of HR queries.
  • Ensuring smooth handling of workflow to the HR administration and working closely with the Payroll Officer.
  • Maintaining the HR database (Bamboo)
  • Work as part a growing recruitment and HR team within our London and Hong Kong offices.

This is a very business facing, fast paced role so will require you to have HR generalist experience within a SME or start up would be ideal but not essential.

You must also be highly organised, have great attention to detail and be able to build strong relationships with all level stakeholder.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to join a supportive and collaborative team, but to also work in an autonomous way with responsibility from day 1.

Our working hours are 9-6, 5 days per week (40 hours per week).

Although we are initially looking for a full time HR Assistant but you are seeking part time position still send us your application stating the hours that you wish to work per week and we will see if we can accommodate you.
