We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced HR Director to join our Senior Management Team based out of our office in the centre of Barcelona. Heading up a small HR And Office Admin team, this role is an interesting mix of both strategic HR, combined with practical hands on delivery. You will be supporting a growing headcount currently approx 110 here in Barcelona and a further 20 employees in our New York Office
Your Responsibilities will include :
- Developing strong relationships with key stakeholders within our business to develop our short and long term People Agenda whilst delivering an outstanding HR service supporting the Employee Lifecycle
- Developing the CMP Culture and Employer Brand both internally and in the external marketplace
- Leading a team of HR and Office Management professionals and ensuring we have a robust HR framework to support the needs of a growing agile digital business
- Recruitment and retention of exceptional talent in a highly competitive marketplace
- You will be required to troubleshoot the unexpected aspects of your role and delight in delivering the impossible as random, weird and wonderful requests land on your desk!
- Significant experience in an HR Director/Head of HR role, ideally within a high growth technology business
- Highly credible self starter who is able to work autonomously in leading the team to deliver a first class HR Service
- Fluent Spanish and English required (English speaking workplace); Catalan a big plus
- Highly commercial mindset with the ability to understand the wider business strategy and develop the HR Function accordingly, ideally within a b2c digital business environment
- Ideally 7+ years experience in Spanish HR (US HR experience would be a plus)
- Previous experience of leading an office management and facilities team
- Significant experience with an agile, fast-moving b2c digital business would be a big plus
- Familiarity with a CMS like Wordpress and able to work with a webmaster to keep all company website content up to date is also a big plus
