We’re looking for an HR Manager to help our team work great together and to seek new talented additions to it. In particular:

• Handling the hiring process from beginning to end (writing and posting the positions, interviewing candidates, onboarding new hires, checking their performance)
• Creating and maintaining team goals and incentives
• Organizing internal team meetings and checking regularly on the team’s health, performance and well being
• Organizing team-building activities, like our annual retreat

Our organization has been doubling team size every 12-18 months for the past several years and we’re now a team of 30 from 9 nationalities.

• Perfect written English. Fluency in English is a must given that our team is international.
• Previous experience in HR or HR-related roles
• Empathy and communication skills

What background we would like you to have

• Previous experience working at a startup, tech company or similar
• The ability to understand how online software works, its dynamics
• Additional languages (French, German, Spanish) are more than welcome
• An attitude to organizing your work efficiently, as well as that of others
• Interest and experience in all things tech & software
