Role purpose

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a start-up at a pivotal stage on its path to success. We’re looking for an ambitious, focused and truly talented Implementation and Development Associate to join our growing team.

The main focus of this role will be to engage with GP Practices and GPs to drive adoption of our platform by engaging the ‘head and heart’ of our customers so that they cannot imagine life without Lantum.

Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships with GP Practice Managers and GPs
  • Meet adoption targets by driving signup of solution within GP Practices and GP community
  • Deploy a communication plan and contact strategy that is optimal in terms of reach and engagement
  • Act as the ‘eyes and ears’ of Lantum on the ground, sensing customer needs and market changes
  • Work with the Account Management team to ensure a smooth relationship and operational handover from implementation to business as usual
  • Ensure data and business intelligence is central to the decisions made (utilising our business intelligence tools: Salesforce & Tableau)
  • Maintain a relationship development plan for target leads
  • Develop and share Best Practice solutions for activating practices across regions
  • Adopt a mixture of phone and field based sales techniques

About you

To be successful in your application, youll encompass the following key attributes:

  • Graduate with Bachelor’s degree or graduate of a sales training programme
  • Demonstrable success of sales oriented role in Business Development, Account Management or similar (2 years or more)
  • Confident in approaching, engaging and integrating new businesses and users onto a technology platform
  • Self-motivated to hit targets
  • Passionate about disrupting barriers in the NHS
  • Able to work collaboratively and demonstrate empathy towards both colleagues and our users
  • An entrepreneurial flair and passion for the start up sector together with a positive execution oriented attitude
  • Innovative and creative thinker
  • A full, clean, driving licence and own transport

Your remuneration package will include a combination of base salary, OTE earnings and an invitation to our stock option scheme.
