Juro is a fast-growing legal tech startup that helps businesses make contract management faster, smarter and more collaborative. Our mission is to make legal more human and we achieve this by delivering an intuitive, modern contract management platform that is built with love and widely adopted by the businesses that use it.

We are a small but fast-moving team who are already working with customers like Deliveroo, Skyscanner and SecretEscapes. We have raised >$2.5m from the likes of Point Nine Capital, Seedcamp and the founders of Gumtree, TransferWise and Indeed.com, and were awarded the LegalGeek award for legal innovation.

They will be an ambitious problem-solver who enjoys working with customers and in a team.

As an Implementation Specialist you will create a seamless transition from prospect to customer and ensure that customers are set-up for long-term success. Legacy contract management deployments have failed to deliver results and your role is dedicated to ensuring Juro continues to buck this trend and customers recognise value early.

To deliver on this you will:

  • Set-up customer accounts and workflows so they can start delivering value within hours, not weeks, of signing
  • Provide training and enablement materials to new customers so they can become Juro experts themselves
  • Lead on customer implementation of our integrations, including Salesforce and Greenhouse
  • Confirm that customer requirements are aligned with Juro’s value and are fully scoped
  • Become a product expert, who is able to provide insight to customers and support to colleagues
  • Provide support for sales meetings to demonstrate how Juro delivers for our customers
  • Share prospect and customer feedback with Juro’s product team so we build the right product

The ideal candidate for this role should demonstrate the following competencies:

  • Objective and results-driven mindset
  • Strong team and collaboration skills
  • Aptitude for technical work
  • Able to build relationships quickly
  • Project management
  • Commercially aware

There are no specific experience requirements for this role but it would be hugely beneficial for you to have a form of legal experience; this could be that you are a trained solicitor and are looking for a career change, through to you have an undergraduate degree in law.

We are a small, international team of which you will be an integral part. We focus on roles rather than titles and everyone at Juro loves getting together and solving hard problems. On top of this, you will have:

  • Stock options as part of Juros long term incentive plan
  • Free gym membership
  • Weekly team lunch events
  • Regular team meet-ups around the world (e.g. Berlin, Barcelona, Lisbon)
  • Flexible working hours
  • 25 days holiday
