We are looking for our first Implementation Specialist who will sit within our Customer Success team and work extensively with our sales and product teams to ensure every customer achieves their desired outcomes with Juro. They will be an ambitious problem-solver who enjoys working with customers and in a team.
As an Implementation Specialist you will create a seamless transition from prospect to customer and ensure that customers are set-up for long-term success. Legacy contract management deployments have failed to deliver results and your role is dedicated to ensuring Juro continues to buck this trend and customers recognise value early.

There are no specific experience requirements for this role but it would be hugely beneficial for you to have a form of legal experience; this could be that you are a trained solicitor and are looking for a career change, through to you have an undergraduate degree in law.
