Your day will look a little like this…

As a Recruitment Coordinator at Tide (fondly referred to as a Tidean - a god-like challenger of the banking world) you will be insanely organised and thrive in a high growth environment like ours - it’s very exciting times here at Tide!

Our new (and first) Recruitment Coordinator will be a natural born-organiser, have the ability to juggle many spinning plates, we wont lie, it will be a full-on job but very rewarding.

We’re offering the right person, the opportunity to join our dynamic team to help unlock the next stage of our growth. We’re a rocket ship thats going places – this looks a little like world domination!

What we’re looking for

  • Support and eventually own onboarding for all new Tideans, this will include collecting references, creating and sharing offer letters and employment contracts and welcoming our newbies on their first day
  • You will make sure that our HR system (BambooHR) is singing like a fine-tuned machine and all data is updated and correct - understand our in-house tech (ATS & HRIS) quickly in order to update candidate records, post jobs, pull reports
  • Help improve process where possible - help make the people team more efficient - we welcome new ideas with open arms
  • Support the talent partners with reviewing CV’s, and organising interviews - scheduling phone, video-conference and in-person interviews; working directly with candidates and hiring managers
  • A team player, (an obvious one) but can take on own responsibilities to work autonomously with the ability to work accurately under pressure, multi-tasking, together with the capacity to plan and prioritise workloads in order to meet deadlines
  • Be able to act quickly and decisively
  • We are VERY data-driven so you will need to be analytical and methodical in your approach to problems!
