• Proven experience in modern work methodologies such as Lean Startup, Design Thinking and Agile
• Experience in Digital Marketing and Digital Transformation
• Experience working with strategic design of new products, from ideation to the implementation
• Ability to manage external agencies and demands
• Previous experience in management positions such as Project Manager or Product Owner/Manager
• Fluency in Spanish and English
• Ownership, resilience and motivation
• Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
