The Inside Sales Representative role is responsible for selling a unique enterprise level software
solution to Senior Level Management, prospecting over the phone and closing revenue.
This is a Prime Inside Sales opportunity to own the full sales target and run the entire sales process.

The Experience We Offer:
Full Sales Process execution
Manage daily cold calls to identify and qualify new prospects to drive revenue attainment
Develop and manage a detailed territory plan quarter on quarter
Experience in Forecast accuracy
Lead generation - meet targets/ pipeline generation
Develops pipeline of new opportunities while closing existing opportunities
Understand complex customer requirements both at a technical and business level
Existing customers and new logo's
Assist with Weekly Sales updates and next steps as required
Manage the entire sales cycle from pipeline generation to the closing of revenue
Lead Generation primarily through tele efforts and targeted campaigns as directed by the team
Drive the collaboration between Partners and BMC

Expand account relationships to ensure long term value realization of BMC product
Qualify, generate, and execute on opportunities that provide profitable revenue to BMC
Build an effective pipeline and execute on each
Articulate a vision that resonates with the customers and demonstrates value
Use two-sided discovery to uncover the key drivers of value for the customer
Utilize sales best practices, industry trends and market knowledge ina repeatable sales process
Incorporate knowledge of a customer's business, key competitors, and proof points into a sales process that uncovers the best value based on BMC Solutions for customers
Build trust and confidence with customers, partners and BMC through unquestionable integrity
Be recognized as a trusted advisor by customers

Qualifications

The Experience you’ll bring:
Fluent in German & English
3+ years working in an Inside sales experience; Software / IT industry preferred
C+ level negotiating skills is an advantage
Salesforce CRM experience
University degree or relevant experience

Experience with Strategic Selling
Proven success in penetrating new markets/verticals and developing new business
Proven record of accomplishment and over-achievement of goals
Working within a team-based model with Outside Rep and Tech Engineer for set geography.
