The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new leads, exploring opportunities from prospect leads, and assisting the Sales Team in closing business.

This is an excellent opportunity in a fast-growing technology start-up/scale-up, working directly with the National Sales Manager and Sales Director and other team members within the sales team to create new business processes, uncover new opportunities and position yourself for success.

  • Prospect new business opportunities from targeted leads as well as develop new leads from individual prospecting efforts (from qualifying to negotiating and closing) to generate a healthy pipeline
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings and articulate market feedback to sales managers
  • Record all activities in our CRM system (HubSpot) and be responsible for making sure all the data is up to data and accurate.
  • Support Sales Team and Sales Director in developing new business opportunities and putting together proposals and presentations.
  • Work closely with the Sale Managers on any support needed to close deals

Must have:

  • Previous experience working in an In-house sales environment
  • Proven track record of over-achieving targets
  • Energetic team player with excellent verbal and written communications skills, strong organization skills and presentation skills and is commercially aware
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively with excellent coordination skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, results-oriented culture where team members work together collaboratively

The following are nice to have:

  • Experience of selling SaaS solutions to retail and ecommerce markets
  • Have worked in a start-up / scale up SaaS business
