The Role:

The Inside Sales Associate works within the Sales Department to generate qualified leads, book meetings and support the sales team in the growth of their lead pipeline. The overarching goal is improving, developing and increasing the number of qualified leads passed to the sales team. You will qualify and segment inbound leads to determine their fit and viability before assigning them to the sales team. Qualification may include communication with prospects via chat tools, email or phone.As we’re a startup you’ll also get broader exposure to the business and will have the opportunity to pitch in and support across the business. What will you do:

  • Generate new qualified leads and facilitate meetings between sales reps and prospects
  • Take the leads through a high-level qualification process
  • Record detailed information in the sales CRM
  • Reach out to prospects through email, LinkedIn and other messaging tools as appropriate. While there is some phone work involved, there is little cold calling.
  • Research and keep current on lead generation methodologies and technologies
  • Create effective outbound campaigns and provide ongoing statistical updates in order to continually tune and improve campaigns.
  • Filter, qualify and distribute inbound lead captured from the Buyapowa website or other marketing campaigns.

You are:

  • Ideally degree educated (or equivalent)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Results-oriented and driven
  • Genuine “hands on” attitude, loads of initiative, happy to embrace the often-unstructured environment of a start-up.
  • Highly self-motivated and proactive
  • Native in english
