We are here to solve the problem that home sharing is not accessible for many homeowners, who don’t have the time or the expertise. Catering for our hosts means that we hold responsibility for a multitude of customers and services on behalf of them.

The People Team is a small but growing team with the goal of hiring the best people, and making Airsorted an amazing place to work. You will be instrumental in making this happen.

What will you be doing

• Helping to hire into our operations teams, by helping advise the teams in their hiring plans through to sourcing and hiring amazing individuals.
• Building long terms relationships with talented people for the right now and the future
• Partnering with teams all around the world to make their hiring processes amazing.

So what is your background like?

• Experience in hiring at high volume, through agency or inhouse roles
• Ideally experience hiring across operations roles
• Experience working within or partnering with startups
• You will be able to solve problems creatively
