What you will do:
- Research and understand localization requirements for our new market entries
- Support the launch of new markets and creatively solve problems
- Source and manage partners to help us be more efficient in our operations
- Manage day to day international operations (sourcing, order fulfillment)
- Coordinate the creation of product material/collaterals for international markets together with the local teams
- Identify opportunities for improvement in all our international processes
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Startup/consulting experience, preferably in operations/logistics, previous experience in retail is a plus
- Hands on mentality, ability to take initiative and work independently in an organized and structured way
- Ability to thrive in an unstructured, fast-moving and constantly evolving high growth environment
- Willingness to travel internationally up to 50% time
- Based in Berlin or Athens
- Fluent in English - Greek and/or German is a plus
