What you will do:

• Research and understand localization requirements for our new market entries
• Support the launch of new markets and creatively solve problems
• Source and manage partners to help us be more efficient in our operations
• Manage day to day international operations (sourcing, order fulfillment)
• Coordinate the creation of product material/collaterals for international markets together with the local teams
• Identify opportunities for improvement in all our international processes

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Startup/consulting experience, preferably in operations/logistics, previous experience in retail is a plus
• Hands on mentality, ability to take initiative and work independently in an organized and structured way
• Ability to thrive in an unstructured, fast-moving and constantly evolving high growth environment
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 50% time
• Based in Berlin or Athens
• Fluent in English - Greek and/or German is a plus
