At Intale, we change the way traditional convenience stores operate. We digitise the whole market by offering our super modern POS-System to the retailers and connecting them with their distributors and suppliers! Intale is now expanding to serve other countries and is looking for an energetic project manager who will manage the rollout in the pre-launch phase through to setting up and running a successful pilot of circa 50 retailers.

What you will do:

• Manage the pre-launch and launch phases of our new markets, based out of the new country (country launcher)
• Are responsible for the staffing plan and initial recruitment of the new local office
• Liaise with the International Product Manager and be on top of product localization
• Source and liaise with local suppliers to provide advice for legal and accounting
• Adapt Intale’s marketing assets for the needs of the local market
• Act as interim country manager post launch while building the local team
• Identify opportunities for improvement in all international processes

• Entrepreneurial mindset combined with the ability to take the initiative, work independently and drive implementation
• International experience of launching new technologies, retail experience is a plus
• Minimum of 3 years experience in project management, consulting or similar
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work successfully in flexible team structures across markets
• Ability to combine sound analytical skills, creativity and business judgement to structure and solve highly complex business challenges
• Willingness to travel internationally, spend 3 to 6 months in a market during start-up phase
• Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
• Based in Berlin or Athens
