We are now looking for an Account Manager that lives and breathes everything technology related. You’ll be speaking with startups, small business and individuals from around the world, guiding them through the process of using our site and selecting the best freelancers to work on their projects. You could be recruiting the best freelancer for a web development project in the US in the morning, and then jump to assisting mobile app design project in Singapore throughout the afternoon.
We are looking for passionate individuals who know how to provide great customer service and love seeing their clients projects come to life with the help of our platform. The role involves a blend of assisting valuable customers with priority issues, and working on a variety of projects.
You will be working out of our London office together with our global team of Account Managers based out of Sydney, Vancouver, Manila, and Buenos Aires.
