We’re a rapidly growing B2B sales acceleration and conversion optimisation platform startup that aims to change the way businesses connect to their potential leads and customers. We currently have an office in London (Angel), South Africa, India and a Berlin office opening soon.

Who we are looking for:

The RIQ team is growing rapidly and we are looking for a self starter to come and own our day-to-day graphic design tasks. You will be responsible for a multitude of design tasks, from print to web pages and ensuring that deadlines are met .

We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and who is willing to work both independently and as a team player. The dream candidate will be someone who takes pride in delivering the highest quality work, no matter how big or small the job. Theyll be fully accountable for their own workload, but a vocal and valued part of a wider collaborative Creative Team.

What you will do:

• Creation of digital and print ready artwork

• Creation of technically correct artwork, implementing brand guidelines and styles to layouts and by deadlines specified

• Interpret briefs correctly to bring design concepts to life

• Ownership of projects ensuring artwork is creatively correct and delivered on time

• Close collaboration with other teams in the business such as marketing, e-commerce and PR ensuring artwork produced is suitable across for intended use

• Support the Creative Team in day-to-day activities to ensure projects are to brief and on time

• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Suite products: specifically Photoshop & Illustrator
• Excellent knowledge of Sketch

• Strong layout and typography skills

• Ability to deliver against tight and complex timelines

• Ability to manage multiple and competing work priorities with excellent multi-tasking and organisational skills

• Ability to adhere to branding style guides

• Meticulous attention to detail
