Your day will look a little like this:

As a KYC Business Analyst at Tide (fondly referred to as a Tidean, a god-like challenger of the banking world), you will report directly to the Head of KYC. You will be responsible for mapping out the current processes and procedures of the on-boarding process, with a view to streamline and develop technical solutions where required.

Who are we looking for?

• Educated to degree level
• 2+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role, ideally specialising in KYC at a leading FinTech or bank
• Experience using structured analysis methods and common analysis tools, with the ability to adapt techniques and tailor the approach as needed
• The ability to analyse problems and evaluate remedies in a logical and systematic way
