L2 Tech Support Expert

  • You will play an important role in suggesting improvements for our products, proposing and implementing new solutions for customers and helping with technical escalations/requests
  • Help the support team with escalations: resolve technical cases escalated by the customer support team
  • Perform customers websites customisations (CSS/HTML)
  • Report bugs, questions and feature requests to development team if needed
  • Perform some Database tasks (MySQL)
  • Solicit assistance from the core engineering teams for non-known issues
  • Leverage all available documentation, best practices, knowledge base articles to assist in driving tickets to resolution
  • Work hand in hand with the Product team & Customer Success team
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL, HTML, CSS and JavaScript
  • Experience in engineering or programming is a plus
  • Excellent technical troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to document and share knowl
