Appromoters is looking for a Lead Media Buyer to ensure our performance and revenue goals are met. Is this new role you will be setting up from scratch the media buying team and report directly to Chief Commercial Officer.

Key responsibilities

• Find and acquire new media buying channels directly
• Setup the media buying team and train them to independent media buyers
• Solely responsible for the media strategy across all buying activity and channels
• Responsible to create and develop mobile campaign initiatives around the KPI’s which will be driven through the mobile display with the view of acquiring high quality users at the lowest Cost per Install (CPI)
• Analyzing the performance of mobile campaigns and identifying opportunities in order to hit and exceed targets
• Implement A/B testing on a range of mobile campaigns in order to ensure yielding the optimal results
• Ensuring that the mobile adverts run accurately so that the desired media message is seen and heard by targeted audience.
• Ensure the request of new feature rollouts to automate and minimize work activity

Experience & Requirements

• 3+ years of working experience in a media buying role

• Ambition, wanting to grow fast and achieve success
• A proven track record of successfully managing large marketing budgets with high-volume traffic sources.
• You must have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field like marketing, econometrics, media & communications or information sciences.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to execute with little to no supervision
• Strong analytical skills and data savvy
• Strong Excel and web analytical skills
• Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills
• A strong understanding of performance marketing
• Ability to thrive in a fast –paced, start-up environment
• A disciplined self-starter who can think on tactical and strategic levels.
