About the role:

You will be at the centre of our expansion plans across our customer base by building great and lasting relationships with existing and new retail partners. You will be responsible for bringing game changing and exciting offers to our ever expanding customer base. You will work alongside a fantastic and highly collaborative commercial department who pro-actively target potential growth areas across multiple sectors.

What you’ll be doing

  • Develop and launch a highly targeted and personalised loyalty and rewards programme for Curve users
  • Identify, research and meet potential target partners to help grow the loyalty proposition
  • Build lasting relationships across retail & ecommerce partners to deliver new and exciting loyalty/reward offerings
  • Partner with our product teams to develop, execute and evolve our offering
  • Champion customer loyalty initiatives across the business and our customer base
  • Manage our existing rewards programme and ensure that relationships are nurtured with any existing loyalty partnerships
  • At least 3+ years working within loyalty & rewards
  • You’ll have a comprehensive understanding of loyalty and rewards with experience of developing, marketing and implementing partnerships
  • A track record in the loyalty and rewards space that you are proud of, can demonstrate and that now you want to bring to Curve
  • Come with an impressive black book of existing relationships across retail and ecommerce
  • Top notch commercial and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated experience developing marketing initiatives to drive a high level of customer engagement.
