Marketing / Community Development (Part-time & Flexible)

We are at the start of a journey to help take the stress and hassle out of planning and organising get-togethers, trips, outings and excursions. We think that people who plan these occasions for their families, friends, clubs and associations deserve help making that job easier. By making it easier on the organisers, we hope that more people will have more fun together without the stress and hassle that currently comes with the planning and organisation. We are on a mission to “make fun happen”.

We need someone to help us connect with organisers so that we can refine our offering and start building a community of people around our mission.

What the role entails

  • Help us connect with a group of willing and able beta participants to try out our working prototype
  • Liaise with these beta participants helping them to understand our product and gathering feedback from them as they plan their events
  • Connect with a wider community of organisers
  • learning what their challenges are and helping them to better plan their events
  • Develop a consistent brand and a marketing strategy for public launch
  • Represent the user community within the product development process; developing new features and improving the user experience

Who we need

Our ideal candidate would be a self-motivated, conscientious, doer with experience in;

  • event management
  • marketing
  • communications
  • business development, and/or
  • customer support

This is a flexible part-time role initially with about 10-12 hours per week with the option to work remotely or in our office in Dublin city centre.
