We currently have 9 x sites across London and these are run under 3 x different brands, Wimbletech (Wimbledon Library), TheWorkary (other libraries) & Rivertech (non-library space in Rickmansworth) - our founding philosophy is that anything is possible when you work together : )

We are looking for 3 x enthusiastic + committed 'Social Media + Event' interns who are ready for a challenge + willing / able to support the team as we develop + grow our unique community-centric co-working spaces - we need your help to manage, improve and grow our member base, events programme + relationships (members, libraries and local Communities) - at our existing and new sites + across London ( Wimbledon , Chelsea , Nottinghill , Brompton and Rickmansworth) , starting with immediate effect - are you up for the task? : )

Responsibilities and Duties

We need - 1 x Intern to support our Central London ( Chelsea, Nottinghill, Brompton) sites, 1 x Intern to support our Wimbledon site + 1 x Intern to support our Rickmansworth site - your responsibilities sinclude:

  • Marketing your site through both online and offline
  • Organising a programme of in house, members only / public events and socials
  • Liaising with other Community Managers to maximize the value of the network
  • Bringing a positive, outgoing, can-do attitude to the team
  • Developing and building great relationships with new / existing members
  • New prospect member site tours - curation, conversion + explain CIC project
  • New member inductions / onboarding - making all who join feel welcome!
  • Online + offline Marketing - memberships, meeting / event space, events, local partners + VIPs
  • Site management - maintaining supplies, reporting Health & Safety issues, daily checklists
  • Professional delivery of events programme - inhouse / member / public / partners
  • Maintain + help improve relationships - members, library staff, local partners + VIPs
