Main responsibilities of the role:

• Create and schedule email campaigns in our CRM
• Create and schedule In-App Messages in our CRM
• Upload blogs to Wordpress (multiple languages)
• Check SEO issues such as broken links
• Create opt-in forms for lead generation using wordpress plugin
• Collect google analytics data for reports
• Setting up social profiles and scheduling social updates

• Previous experience with managing CRM activities
• Previous experience with web administration
• Detail-oriented and strong project management skills
• An excellent communicator with ability to present their point of view to various internal stakeholders
• Strong project management/organisational skills
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle flows
• Technically-minded and data-driven
