Right now we are looking for a Marketing Specialist for our offices of Barcelona, who is eager to make an impact on people’s lives, and will run the extra mile for this. The right candidate will be share our passion for Beezy while contributing directly to our growth regarding our marketing efforts.

The wonders you will perform:

• Deploy content to get the word out about Beezy (company and product) – this means producing engaging content for our various channels
• Develop successful marketing campaigns (from ideation, implementation to execution and posterior follow-up)
• Analyze, measure, and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
• Publish, monitor and respond to all social media activity (e.g. create regular posts, respond to messages, comments or reviews, and others)
• Use social analytics tools to analyze content promotion efforts and adjust strategies as needed
• Maintenance and growth of our email lists, and creation and execution of related email marketing
• Build and maintain Marketing Automation procedures and processes using the appropriate Marketing Automation tool
• Creation and maintenance of our newsletter
• Drive traffic into our product (website and landing pages) and convert these visitors into customers

We spotted you if you…

• Are a born storyteller (with both verbal and written communication skills)
• Have a minimum C2 level of English (mandatory)
• Have a solid portfolio of proven marketing campaigns that resulted in installs and conversions
• Have solid marketing experience in a SaaS company and are excited to contribute to a quickly-growing B2B tech company
• Have experience in Enterprise Software
• Have strong knowledge of Analytics tools such as Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends, or others
• Have strong knowledge of Marketing Automation tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or others
• Have strong knowledge of EMS (E-mail Marketing Software) such as MailChimp
• Are methodic and know the importance of creating an ad mistake-free

Bonus points for having:

• Knowledge of the Microsoft technologic stack (SharePoint, Office 365)
• Certification Google AdWords
• Basic website software knowledge
• Knowledge in startup environments

Your accomplishments (so far):

• Proven experience as Marketing Specialist, Marketing Operations or a similar role
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
• BSc/BA or MSc in Marketing, Communications or similar field
