Your day will look a little like this:

As a Member Support Agent at Tide (fondly referred to as a Tidean, a god-like challenger of the banking world) you will be responsible for:

  • Process application closures
  • Process account closures
  • Respond to T1 enquiries via Zendesk
  • Help with our bank office processes, including account applications, account recovery, and closures
  • Respond to front line messages via our helpdesk software
  • Respond to pre-sale enquiries received via Email on Zendesk
  • Assist in a variety of Member Support tasks as directed by the MS Team Leader

Who are we looking for?

  • Youll have worked in customer service for at least 3 years, preferably at a startup.
  • Youll be comfortable writing sharp copy fast and fluidly.
  • Youll have used helpdesk software like Zendesk and be comfortable working within a ticket system.
  • Please note this is a 2 week contract role
