About the role

We are looking for an Office Manager to join our Operations team and help us create the best environment for employees and visitors in our London HQ. This is a wonderful position for a well-organised individual who wants to be part of a fast-growing organisation, is responsible and wants to take ownership of tasks.

Your daily tasks will include, but are not limited to:

  • taking care of our visitors and employees in our cosy office in the heart of business London
  • keeping an eye on the supplies and handle shortages (including snacks and stationery)
  • assisting in day-to-day administration
  • organising team and company events
  • providing help with the relocation of new employees when needed
  • taking care of travel booking and arrangements for Monese employees
  • assisting our Operations team when needed
  • complete ad hoc tasks as required

We are looking for you, if you have:

  • at least 1 year of experience in administration and/or as office manager
  • experience in the event organisation
  • interest in Operations topics
  • excellent English skills
  • very good written and verbal communication skills
  • good time management and prioritisation skills
  • excellent organisational skills
  • great attention to detail
  • patience and positive attitude
