Your role
1. Office Management
- Managing office logistics and relationships with service providers
- Managing HR paperwork and processing payroll with external payroll service
- Implementing the necessary structures and processes as we grow
- Planning and handling the upcoming office relocation
- Planning company events and employee activities
- Preparatory accounting
2. People Operations
- Supporting us with candidate pre-screening for competency and cultural fit
- Handling all scheduling and logistics for interviews
- Handling the Blue Card application process for new hires from start to finish
- Supporting new hires with relocation (apartment search, registration etc.)
Your background
- As this is a newly created role, you should already have some previous experience in office management/HR and feel comfortable with setting up the processes from scratch, with little supervision
- English & German (at least C1) are a must as we are a very international team, but you also have to deal with German service providers and authorities that don’t necessarily speak English
