What will you do:
Manage a team of receptionists

Oversee cleaning services (day and night)

Manage supplies (office, food and hygiene items) in accordance with contracts signed by us

Care for the correct implementation of the budget

Care for our surfaces to meet the requirements of health and safety and fire protection

Supervise events taking place on the surface

We are scouting for an individual who:
Has 2 years of experience working in a similar position

Has experience in customer service

Knows how to negotiate and manage contracts with external suppliers

Successfully cooperates with building managers

Knows the MS Office

Efficiently communicates in English

Is well organized

Is communicative, likes everyday contact with people
