Chauffeur Privé was launched in March 2012 by Yan, Othmane and Omar, 3 ambitious engineers with one goal in mind: to offer an innovative, French-made alternative to urban transportation.

Today Chauffeur Privé is made up of 170 employees who think that having a start-up mindset means more than playing ping-pong at work. What drives us? Working in a challenging business environment and knowing our job has an impact on a global issue: urban mobility.

In a few years our service has become a major player within the French ride-hailing market, available in Paris, Lyon and on the Côte d’Azur. We were one of the 45th most highly-valued Services & e-commerce startups France in 2017, and our app enables over 1.5 million users to find one of our 18.000 driver-partners in just a few taps.

Building on this success, our recent partnership with Daimler will vehicle our launch into several different European cities in 2018.

Were building our Operations team in London!

Your job? Be the face of Chauffeur Prive to our driver partners at the start of their journey with us and be the guarantor of our driver onboarding and compliance process and an excellent quality of service in London.

What youll do :

• Check and approve administrative documents sent in by our driver partners
• Conduct onboarding sessions informing driver partners about our application and our quality standards
• Follow-up / audit of compliance of driver partners’ documents
• Work with our driver partners & make them aware of the use of the application and the need for a good quality of service
• Track performance of the driver partners across certain KPIs
• Monitor the quality of service of the driver partners via the tools put in place
• Coach our driver partners daily, giving them advice and congratulating them when necessary
• Be the face of Chauffeur Prive!

Your profile:

• 1-2 years of previous experience in customer care or partner management
• You are comfortable communicating both in writing and orally
• You are confident speaking in front of large groups of people
• You are meticulous, organized, and able to tackle several projects simultaneously
• You are also able to discuss our brand with humility and empathy
• You have a competitive edge and thrive in a fast-paced team environment
• You are comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite & Google Drive
