We are an ambitious, innovative and fast growing global startup with offices in Europe, USA and Dubai. Our high-traffic booking platform has quickly become a game-changing industry leader, with users in over 120 countries. Our customers transact millions of appointment bookings monthly, with thousands of active users at any time. Having recently secured substantial venture capital funding, were looking for an Operations Associate to continuously ensure high quality online interactions through our booking platform.

Responsibilities

• Working closely with the Global Operations team to assess data and reporting needs, build the necessary data structure, and develop business performance reports and dashboards to streamline decision-making processes
• Developing project plans with other members of the Operations team and coordinating with other team members to ensure flawless execution of projects
• Supporting operational, administrative, and marketing / communications initiatives needed to optimize internal processes and delight our users
• Collecting, analyzing, and reporting on data associated with individual merchant activity, and execute on projects in response to user activity data
• Driving strategic decision making through detailed analysis, insights, and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders
• Communicating strategy, performance, risk and opportunities to stakeholders and executive leadership
• Building, reporting, and monitoring tools through the use of programming, SQL, and data visualization software into business intelligence solutions
• Maintaining or updating business intelligence tools, databases, dashboards, systems, or methods

Your profile

• Bachelors or Masters degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, Information Systems, etc.), or equivalent experience
• Analytical mindset and experience making data-driven decisions
• Proficiency in SQL strongly preferred
• Experience with data visualization (e.g. Periscope Data, Tableau) technologies is a plus
• Independent, flexible and swift working style
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Previous experience in the internet, software or e-commerce sectors
• Ideally a keen interest in the Beauty and Wellness industry
