The Strategy and Analytics team is part of the Driver Operations team that works on all things relating to sustainably growing the partner driver and rider base in AustriaAs part of the Strategy and Analytics team you will be at the heart of our business. With close ties to other teams your goal is to increase operational efficiency, experiment and implement strategies. You will work with other sub-regional teams in EMEA along with engineering, product, and process teams in Amsterdam and San Francisco. The role calls for a combination of analytical skills, operational excellence, creativity and a great empathy to understand drivers experience and pain points. A person in this role is comfortable in an "all hands on deck" environment, loves solving problems and is able to thrive in a fast-paced and execution focused environment.
WHAT YOULL DO
Work with the team to better understand the driver partner and rider base, identify pain points and implement high impact engagement and retention actionsCustomer feedback: identify features, processes and experience for which we want driver partner or rider feedback on and set up smart and efficient ways to get those feedbacksProcesses: based on those feedbacks, define actionable recommendations and create processes to implement the highest potential actionsTracking: make a good use of internal data to build beautiful dashboards that track the impact of your actionsPlay an integral role in developing clear lifecycle strategies and processes that aim to bring consistency and efficiency to our CRM effortsAnalyse large data sets to identify opportunities that drive incremental funnel efficiency Rigorously track and monitor past and current marketing campaign performance and user behaviour to recommend strategies and campaigns that will increase engagement.Run experimentations that will generate the insights of tomorrowWHAT YOULL NEEDLast year or gap year of studies in engineering school, business school or universityEmpathy: you have a great ability to understand and embrace peoples differences and act accordinglyData driven mentality: you make decisions based on data to prioritise the most impactful actions and sound business judgment through analytical thinking.Out of the box thinking: you have the ability to identify new ways to do stuff and the willingness to implement itDo-er: you like to execute by yourself the projects your work on, you are not afraid to do operational tasks and have the ability to deliver quickly and efficientlyPrevious experience in operations, customer experience, banking, entrepreneurship is nice to haveFluency in English and German is required and any other language is a plus.Advanced Excel is requiredSQL, VBA and modeling knowledge as well as R is preferred ADDITIONAL INFODuration: 6 monthsStart date: Fall 2017
