Huckletree is part of the exciting, diverse and rapidly growing coworking landscape. The Operations Managers role will give you the opportunity to run the facilities ship at a given Huckletree location.

You will work within the location community teams and have the opportunity to work alongside our marketing, programming and business development teams, all against the backdrop of Manchesters thriving tech ecosystem and fast paced startup landscape.

You will:

• Focus on customer service levels as your primary KPI
• Ensure that the level of service your community received is higher than 5-stars
• Conduct building walk-arounds and review your customer satisfaction levels with each ticket
• Be the point of contact for all external service providers and suppliers
• Be responsible for ensuring that all supplies are ordered and replenished, and that we are never out of stock, nor have a significant backlog
• Ensure that we remain in-budget for all supplies

You should apply if:

• You are passionate, positive, hard-working and energetic
• You have hands-on experience with building management
• You are a jack-of-all-trades type across facilities, M&E, AV/Tech
• You may have a background in a trade or as the Ops Manager at a startup
• You are a ‘fixer’ and are unphased by turning your hand to anything
• You have a strong customer-service mentality and you have the ability to generate respect and trust from all members and staff
• You have are fast-thinking and reactive
• You are process-driven and with a detailed focus
