Currently with 40 employees globally and rapidly growing, Wachsman is seeking an ambitious Operations Associate for our Dublin office. We’re looking for a candidate who is intelligent, driven, and confident in their abilities.

Duties:

• Work closely with the Director of Operations and Managing Director to craft and implement company initiatives and best practices
• Lead agency strategic projects, from research to implementation to analytical evaluation
• Implement tools and policies to increase employee effectiveness
• Collaborate in ad hoc projects as needed

The successful applicant will have:

• 2 years of experience, prior experience in startups is a plus
• Bachelor's degree
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and teaming skills, with ability to create consensus among stakeholders at all levels
• Strong analytical, problem solving skills, project management skills, the ability to run multiple projects simultaneously, and exceptional follow-through
• Eagerness to take on new challenges and learn new concepts
• Self-starter and motivated and able to work independently
• Exceptional work ethic and motivation to be innovative in a fast-paced environment
• Must be fluent in Excel. Bonus points for competency in R and/or Python
