Paid Social Specialist

We’re looking for a passionate Paid Social Specialist, eager to join a fun and rapidly-growing, international startup working with some of the top music festivals and events in the world. This is a new position within the Performance Marketing team with opportunity to help grow and shape the paid social strategy and marketing efforts for the EMEU.


In the next 12 months you will:

  • Execute paid Facebook and Instagram acquisition campaigns for 80+ music festivals aimed at acquiring valuable ambassadors at a low CPA.
  • Optimize campaigns daily to ensure maximum value is achieved from every marketing dollar spent by ensuring all KPIs are hit (ROAS, CPC, CTR and Frequency)
  • Monitor & research trends, best practices, and new channel marketing opportunities to grow and optimize each campaigns performances
  • Work with the Head of Performance Marketing and VP of Growth to build and refine best practices for paid acquisition, including marketing timelines, copy calculators, CTA’s and assets to ensure sustainable high growth.
  • Hypothesize, A/B test and prove your theories mathematically to ensure a continuous test & learn flow in all our paid social channel

You bring to the table:

  • 2+ year experience in Digital Marketing
  • Experience in festival, marketplace, lifestyle marketing is ideal
  • Experience in a startup environment is a plus
  • Detail oriented, highly organized mindset
  • Second Language (German, Dutch, Spanish) is a plus
