Partner Growth Marketer, HubSpot for Start Ups

Do you have a passion for the startup ecosystem? Are you a hands on marketer that loves growth? Do you like creating content and educational resources to help businesses (in this case startups!) accelerate their growth? Are you comfortable with experimenting and testing different strategies? Do you get a thrill out of reporting and tracking results and then get excited to pivot or go deep in a strategy that worked? If so - come and join the HubSpot for Startups team. We like to think of our team as a startup that’s growing globally at a very fast rate (250% YoY!). HubSpot for Startups partners with more than 1000 Accelerators and Incubators across the globe and we have more than 5,000 startups using our software.


We are looking for a marketer that can wear many hats, who can help us grow the impact from our partner community and develop new partner marketing strategies. We already have a great partner network that needs enablement, but we also need to find ways to get more value out of this program. You will be working closely with internal and external stakeholders to scale the HubSpot for Startups partner program. As part of the partner program, you will own everything from the strategy behind growth, to rolling up your sleeves and creating content for our startup community.



  • Execute and manage partner tiers and benefits to drive exponential growth
  • Find new ways to acquire more customers from our partner program
  • Develop strategies and tactics to scale our partner program
  • Package, organize and deliver enablement resources to a global Business Development team
  • Create educational content to be distributed to startups and partners
  • Own the first ever partnerships directory
  • Host startup and partner specific events during HubSpot’s annual event; INBOUND
  • Collaborate with local events team to drive startup value in local markets



  • 1+ years on a fast paced marketing team, wearing many hats
  • Able to juggle many projects at once
  • Enjoy cross functional collaboration
  • Can work autonomously; ability to make decisions and execute based on data and experimentation
  • Storytelling capabilities that effectively move audiences to action
  • Content creation abilities that are both substantial and visually appealing
  • Excited about solving tough problems no one else has solved. Aggressive goals don’t scare you, they excite you
  • Event coordination capabilities on a local and global scale
  • Website creation/HTML/CSS a plus!


Location is flexible for the right candidate. The product team is based out of Cambridge Massachusetts. The marketing and sales teams are split across the United States and Europe.
