As Partnerships Manager at FACEIT, you will face incredible challenges working on strategic initiatives tied to content growth and you will manage key relationships with different partners, from big tournaments organizers to personalities and communities.
The ideal candidate has strong organisational and leadership skills, a passion for gaming and the ability to execute under evolving timelines.


    • Create, manage and execute global and local strategic initiatives and other partnership projects;
    • Track, manage and report key performance metrics, objectives and goals;
    • Develop together with co-workers in the Partnerships, Product, and Marketing Teams the partnerships overall strategy and goals;
    • Develop new partnerships and build long-term relationships with tournaments organizers, personalities, communities and other strategic partners;
    • Manage and strengthen relationships with existing tournament organizers, personalities and communities;
    • Collaborate with Marketing, PR and Sales Teams.

Required Skills

    • Deep understanding of the gaming industry;
    • Well connected within the community;
    • Familiarity with FACEIT as a user/players is a must;
    • Previous experience as a Partnerships Manager in the gaming industry a massive plus;
    • Prior start-up experience is a plus;
    • Strong organizational and leadership skills with attention to details;
    • Outstanding written and oral skills with the ability to clearly communicate how plans will deliver;
    • Great interpersonal skills including effective communication, relationship creation and management;
    • Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
