Our partners are an integral part of our success. We have great partnerships with major charities, such as Macmillan and Cancer Research UK and major insurers, such as Aviva and Legal & General. We’re looking for someone who is excited about working with leading organisations across a range of industries. These are large strategic relationships which require a diligent and creative approach.

This is a unique opportunity to shape and develop our partner strategy, become an integral part of our overall commercial success and work with a diverse, inspiring team.

Here’s what you’ll do in your first 12 months:

  • Deliver an exceptional experience for all of our partners and build our reputation.
  • Manage all aspects of our partner journey, from onboarding new partners, to optimising campaigns and running quarterly business reviews.
  • Identify new opportunities to grow existing accounts. You’ll be responsible for optimising existing activity, cross-selling & upselling
  • Take part in new business pitches.
  • Work closely with our Head of Partnerships, Natasha Pawade, to build an exceptional range of strategic partners and deliver on our goal to change the way the world deals with death.

Hopefully you’ll have some or more of the following:

  • Good commercial account management experience
  • Confident managing strategic accounts
  • Thrive in a fast paced, dynamic business environment
  • Experience of growing accounts against revenue targets
  • Analytical (excel savvy) and able to spot opportunities using data
  • Committed to delivering exceptional service
  • Ability to work independently and autonomously where necessary
  • Enjoy working cross-functionally, e.g. with product, engineering and ops when required
