Many software companies and marketplaces are struggling with payment topics. Online-Payment might seem boring but it is part of the game and it often creates unnecessary costs and is time consuming. Payyo does not make payments thrilling or more interesting but it reduces costs for our customers, gives support with Payment topics and identifies new business opportunities. We are helping our customers to increase their Customer Lifetime Value with increasing the margin on the Gross Merchandise Volume. Behind Payyo is a diverse team of individuals with different nationalities, each of whom is dedicated to our customer base and working out of Ireland, Switzerland, Tanzania and Minsk.

Full time position working as part of the Payyo Team based in one of our offices in Dublin, Lisbon, Barcelona and Zurich. Our Customer Success managers are responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. CSMs work closely with the sales team and risk management team ensure customers are at a complete understanding of our system all the way through their integration and day-to-day transactions. Our SaaS platforms & marketplaces are available to simply process payments and help build wildly successful businesses.CSM’s are responsible for customer experience, customer onboarding, integrations, and first level support via email, chat and phone.

  • You are a native English speaker and fluent in a second language.
  • You are a resident of the EU or are in possession of an EU passport.
  • You have strong writing and verbal communication skills.
  • You are self-sufficient, independent and able to work in a high pressure startup environment.
  • You have strong computer & technology skills, basic understanding of Financial services and experience working with CRM or other sales technology.
  • You have a passion for travel and adventure.
  • Work requires willingness to travel and to work a flexible schedule.
  • Experience in a similar customer success role.
  • Previous experience in travel technology, B2B Software as a service, and/or experience in the sale of travel is a plus.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction by surveying customers and making adjustments to increase customer satisfaction based on their feedback
