Your responsibilities:
As our People Experience Assistant, you will be joining the Operations Team. At ASI, this team is responsible for enabling our growth by: attracting the worlds best talent, scaling the business, ensuring we remain financially stable and fostering our unique culture.
You’ll work closely with our Head of People Experience to build and deliver services that support ASI’s ambitious growth agenda. Your key responsibility will be to manage our core HR operations so that they work for our business and our people. In addition, you’ll be able to provide day-to-day input into our people strategy, shaping the way we recruit, retain, coach and reward our people. Ultimately, our success as a business relies on the success of our people as individuals, which means your role in our Operations Team is absolutely essential to our success as a company.
